A compact mini pedal exercise bike in black steel, PP, PVC and ABS, measuring 41cm long, 40cm wide and 29cm tall. The stepless resistance adjustment allows the pedalling effort to be increased or reduced continuously without fixed increments, making it suitable for gentle low-impact movement as well as a more challenging workout. The LCD monitor tracks five metrics: scan, time, distance, count and calories. Pedals measure 10L x 5W cm and are fitted with four-level adjustable straps to secure the foot. A carry handle makes the unit easy to move between rooms. Compatible with both leg and arm use, allowing seated pedalling from a chair, sofa or desk as well as upper-body rotation exercises.
