Care & Safe Training

Read the operating instructions and warning labels before first use. Set the bases on a firm, flat, stable surface and fully seat each dumbbell before adjusting it. Turn the handle to the correct alignment, check the selector and plate engagement as instructed, and perform the required pre-lift checks. Never adjust the mechanism while holding a dumbbell clear of its base.

Use a weight and exercise appropriate to your ability, with controlled technique and a clear workout area. Keep hands and feet away from the plates when docking or selecting weights, and keep children and pets away from the equipment. A textured grip does not prevent every loss of grip, so keep hands and handles clean and dry.

Do not drop, throw or slam the dumbbells, or force a selector that will not turn. Stop using them if plates fail to engage correctly or if the handles, selectors, coating or bases are damaged. Wipe clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth, dry thoroughly and store indoors in a dry place. Use suitable flooring protection without relying on the coating or bases to prevent damage.
