A 3-in-1 weight bench, leg extension and leg curl machine in red and black, measuring 163cm long, 58cm wide and 118cm tall. The heavy-duty steel frame supports a total weight capacity of 300kg. The padded seat measures 43L x 38W cm and sits 55cm from the ground. The backrest measures 57L x 30W cm and adjusts across six positions from 0° (flat) to 100° (upright) for flat bench, incline and shoulder press positions. The leg developer adjusts from 0° to 90° for leg extension and leg curl movements. Leg rollers measure Ø8.5 x 18cm. The integrated weight peg measures Ø5 x 20cm and accepts standard 2-inch Olympic weight plates up to 75kg. Handles measure Ø2.5 x 15cm. All pads are high-density foam with sweat-resistant PU leather. The six-position backrest adjusts from 0° flat to 100° upright in set increments, enabling flat bench press, low incline, high incline, and seated shoulder press positions to be selected for each exercise without requiring a stepless adjustment mechanism that can slip under load — Stepless (infinite-position) backrest adjustment systems allow fine positioning but rely on a friction or pin mechanism that can shift during a heavy set when the user’s weight presses down on the backrest at an angle, changing the backrest angle mid-exercise — the six fixed positions on this bench lock the backrest into a rigid, defined angle at each setting, preventing backrest movement during the exercise and maintaining the correct working angle throughout the set regardless of the load being used.
The integrated weight peg accepts standard 2-inch Olympic plates up to 75kg, allowing the leg developer resistance to be set by adding and removing standard plates that are compatible with any Olympic barbell or plate set already owned, without requiring proprietary weights or a separate selectorised weight stack — Selectorised weight stack leg machines use proprietary weight blocks that are specific to that machine and cannot be added to or replaced with standard gym plates, meaning the maximum resistance is fixed at manufacture and cannot be exceeded if the user progresses beyond the factory weight limit — the Olympic peg on this machine accepts any standard 2-inch plate up to the 75kg peg capacity, allowing the resistance to be built incrementally from a single light plate through to the full 75kg limit using plates already owned, and enabling the resistance to be set in smaller increments than a selectorised stack allows.
