A 3-in-1 Adjustable Dumbbell, Barbell and EZ Curl Bar Set in Black and Green — Available in 15kg, 20kg and 25kg, Sand-Filled PVC Plates, Spinlock Collars, Non-Slip Handles, Standard 2.5cm Plate Hole

A 3-in-1 adjustable weight set in black and green, available in three total weights: 15kg, 20kg and 25kg. The 25kg set measures 140L x 22W x 22H cm when assembled as a barbell. The set converts between two dumbbells, a straight barbell, and an EZ curl bar using the included connecting components. Plates are sand-filled PVC across three sizes: 2.5kg (Ø22x3.8cm), 2kg (Ø20x3.5cm) and 1.5kg (Ø18x3.2cm), with four plates of each size included in the 25kg set. Each dumbbell bar measures Ø2.5cm x 50cm. The standard 2.5cm plate hole is compatible with most home gym bars and equipment. Plates are secured with spinlock collars for safe loading at each weight configuration. Dumbbell handles feature a textured non-slip grip. Sand-filled PVC construction reduces floor noise compared with cast iron plates. Item Ref: A91-413V02GN (25kg) / A91-413V01GN (20kg) / A91-413V00GN (15kg).

Why You’ll Love It

Converts between dumbbells, a straight barbell and an EZ curl bar from a single set of plates and bars, providing three distinct bar configurations for arm, chest, back and shoulder training without purchasing three separate pieces of equipment — A straight barbell, an EZ curl bar and a pair of adjustable dumbbells each serve different training movements — the straight barbell suits bench press, bent-over row and overhead press; the EZ curl bar reduces wrist strain during bicep curls and skull crushers by providing an angled grip; and dumbbells allow unilateral movements and exercises where a fixed bar restricts range of motion — having all three bar configurations load from the same plate set removes the need for three separate bar and collar combinations and reduces the floor space and budget required for a home gym setup that covers all three categories of movement.
Sand-filled PVC plates produce less contact noise than cast iron or steel plates when set down on a hard floor or when plates contact each other during loading and unloading, making the set more appropriate for home use in flats or shared buildings — Cast iron plates produce a sharp metallic ring when they touch each other or contact a hard floor, which travels through floors and walls and is audible to neighbours or other household members — the sand fill inside the PVC shell of these plates absorbs vibration and deadens the contact sound between plates and between a plate and the floor, producing a duller, quieter impact sound that is significantly less disruptive in a home environment where the training area shares a wall or floor with another room or property.
Available in 15kg, 20kg and 25kg total weight to match the current strength level and training requirements of the buyer, with the standard 2.5cm plate hole allowing additional plates to be added from compatible third-party sets as training progresses — Buying a set that is heavier than currently needed means paying for and storing plates that will not be used for months, while buying a set that is too light means returning to purchase a second set within a short period — the three weight options allow the buyer to match the set to their current training load, and the standard 2.5cm plate hole means that additional plates from any compatible home gym plate set can be added to the existing bars when the included weight is no longer sufficient, extending the usable life of the bars and collars beyond the included plate weight.
