A 2-in-1 adjustable weight set in black and green, convertible between two dumbbell configurations and a full barbell. The set includes 16 plastic-coated, sand-filled steel weight plates across four sizes: four 2.5kg plates (Ø22x3.8cm), four 2kg plates (Ø20x3.5cm), four 1.5kg plates (Ø18x3.2cm) and four 1.25kg plates (Ø18x3cm). Two dumbbell bars measure Ø2.5x45cm each. The 20cm connecting rod joins the two dumbbell bars to form a barbell measuring Ø20x105cm overall. Weight plates are secured with fixing bolts on each bar end to prevent sliding during use. The plastic coating on each plate reduces noise on impact and minimises floor damage.
