The Pukkr Airtight Cereal Containers — Set of 4, 4L Each, 23x23x10cm, Snap-Lock Lid, Easy-Dispense Opening with Easy-Grip Side, Labels and Chalk Pen Included, Hand Wash Only, 2-Year Warranty

The Pukkr airtight cereal containers in a set of 4, each with a 4L capacity measuring 23cm tall, 23cm wide and 10cm deep. The snap-lock lid creates an airtight seal to keep cereal, rice, pasta, flour and other dry goods fresh for longer. A separate easy-dispense opening on the lid allows cereal to be poured without breaking the airtight seal or removing the entire lid. Easy-grip sides provide secure handling when the container is full. Labels and a chalk pen are included so each container can be identified and relabelled when the contents change. Hand wash only; wash before first use. 2-year warranty included.

Why You’ll Love It

The snap-lock airtight seal on each container prevents ambient air from reaching the cereal between uses, which slows the moisture absorption that causes dry cereals to soften and go stale between the time the original box is opened and the time the cereal is finished — Open cereal boxes left folded closed or stored in standard non-airtight containers allow ambient air to pass through the closure between uses, and the moisture in that air is absorbed by the cereal over time, gradually softening the texture and reducing the crunch that makes the product enjoyable — the snap-lock mechanism on each Pukkr container compresses the lid against the body to create a seal that restricts the passage of ambient air into the container between uses, slowing the rate at which the cereal absorbs moisture and extending the period during which it retains its original texture.
The easy-dispense opening on the lid allows cereal to be poured into a bowl in a controlled stream without removing the full lid or breaking the airtight snap-lock, keeping the remaining cereal sealed while the portion is being served and preventing the entire lid from needing to be refastened after every pour — Containers with a single-piece lid that must be fully removed to access the contents require the full lid to be lifted, the cereal to be poured and the full lid to be refastened every time cereal is served, which means the airtight seal must be broken and re-established with each use, and an unsecured lid left open during pouring allows ambient air to enter the container freely — the separate dispense opening on this Pukkr lid remains closed when not in use and opens independently of the snap-lock mechanism, so the pour can be completed and the dispense opening closed again while the snap-lock seal on the main lid remains intact throughout.
The set of 4 containers with included labels and chalk pen allows four different cereals or dry goods to be stored simultaneously with each container clearly identified and relabelled whenever the contents change, without requiring adhesive labels that leave residue or permanent markers that cannot be updated — Storing multiple types of cereal or dry goods in identical unlabelled containers requires the contents of each container to be identified by opening it or memorising which item was placed in which container, and adhesive paper labels leave sticky residue when removed and cannot be cleanly updated when a container is refilled with a different product — the chalk labels included with these Pukkr containers can be written on with the included chalk pen, wiped clean when the contents change and rewritten without leaving residue, so each container remains clearly identified at all times without any permanent marking or adhesive residue on the container surface.
