Real-Flame Warmth for Open-Air Evenings
Make an evening catch-up in the garden feel a little more special. This wood pellet patio heater pairs the glow of a dancing real flame with a striking tall glass tube, creating an inviting focal point for your open-air seating area. Its black metal frame gives it a clean, contemporary look, while the 5L pellet hopper and handled ash tray bring practical details to your outdoor setup.
Why You'll Love It
- A flame worth watching. The clear glass tube showcases the fire as it rises, adding movement and a warm glow to your garden. At 141cm tall, the heater makes a distinctive feature for an uncovered patio or suitable open outdoor area.
- Pellet-fuelled warmth. The supplier lists an output of 13kW and a heating diameter of up to 6m. A 5L hopper holds approximately 2.4kg of wood pellets, with a stated burn time of up to one hour per fill. Actual warmth, flame height and burn time vary with the fuel, vent setting and outdoor conditions.
- Useful control and cleanup details. An adjustable vent lets you influence the flame, while the removable ash pan catches residue for easier cleaning after the heater has fully cooled. The metal frame has a supplier-described high-temperature, rust-resistant coating.
A Striking Addition to Your Outdoor Space
The tall transparent tube and angular black frame combine the atmosphere of a real fire with a distinctive vertical design. The supplier estimates that the flame reaches its maximum height in around 10 minutes, depending on conditions. Heat output changes as the fire changes, rather than remaining at a fixed thermostatically controlled level. Plan a suitable open-air position with the clearances and non-combustible surface required by the manual before lighting.

Important Outdoor Use & Safety
For uncovered, open-air outdoor use only. Never use indoors or in enclosed or covered areas, including gazebos, pergolas, canopies and shade sails. Burning fuel produces carbon monoxide. Keep the heater clear of buildings, overhead obstructions, vegetation, furniture and other combustible materials, observing all clearances in the manual. Place on a firm, level, non-combustible surface, not a rug or other flammable covering.
The glass and metal become very hot. Keep children and pets well away, never leave a burning heater unattended and do not move it while lit or hot. Use only the fuel and ignition method specified in the manual; do not use petrol, alcohol or other liquid accelerants. Follow the manual for filling, lighting and extinguishing, and avoid use in strong winds.
Allow the heater and ash to cool fully before removing the tray, cleaning or storing. Ash can retain hot embers; follow the manual for safe disposal and never put hot ash in a general waste bin. Inspect the glass and fixings before use, stop using if damaged, and store dry when not in use. The coating does not make the heater maintenance-free or rustproof.
