Suitable for bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, hallway or any tight corner. 2-year warranty included.

Why You’ll Love It

• The Maison & White folding mechanism allows each hanger arm to retract flat against the wall when not in use, recovering the floor and air space that a permanent clothes rail or free-standing rack occupies continuously regardless of whether it is being used — Free-standing clothes rails and fixed wall-mounted rails occupy the same floor or wall projection permanently whether or not they are holding any clothing, which makes them impractical in smaller rooms where floor space and air space are needed for other purposes between uses — the folding arms on this Maison & White rack retract to a flat profile against the wall when empty, so the space they project into when extended is fully recovered when the rack is folded, and the rack only occupies room space during the periods it is actively in use.
• The Maison & White 25kg rated capacity allows a substantial quantity of clothing to be hung simultaneously, including heavier items such as winter coats, suits and jeans that exceed the capacity of lightweight plastic or bamboo folding racks that deform or detach from the wall under similar loads — Lightweight plastic folding racks and some bamboo alternatives are rated to lower maximum loads and can deform at the hinge or pull the wall fixings when loaded with multiple heavy items such as winter coats and denim, particularly when the load is unevenly distributed across the rack — the chrome-plated iron construction and 25kg rating of this Maison & White rack provides sufficient structural rigidity to hold a full load of mixed heavy and light clothing without deforming at the hinge or placing excessive stress on the wall fixings.
• The Maison & White 80cm extendable pole in the double configuration spans the gap between the two hanger arms to provide a continuous hanging rail across the full width of the rack, allowing clothes on hangers to be spaced evenly across the rail rather than concentrated at two fixed hanger points — Double folding hanger configurations without a connecting pole provide two separate hanger arms with a gap between them, which means clothing can only be hung directly on each arm and items between the two points have no support, limiting the number of garments that can be organised across the rack and preventing hangers from being slid along the full width — the 80cm pole bridging the two arms of this Maison & White double configuration creates a continuous rail that hangers can be distributed across freely, allowing more garments to be organised across the full width and making it straightforward to space items apart to reduce creasing.
