Maison & White Set of 12 Hexagonal Glass Jars | 100ml | 8x5.5cm | Clip-Top Airtight Lids | Oven Fridge & Dishwasher Safe | 12 Labels & Chalk Pen | 2-Year Warranty

The Maison & White Set of 12 Hexagonal Glass Jars — 100ml Each, 8x5.5cm, Clip-Top Airtight Lids, Oven, Fridge and Dishwasher Safe, 12 Black Labels and White Chalk Pen Included, 2-Year Warranty

The Maison & White set of 12 hexagonal glass jars, each measuring 8cm tall and 5.5cm wide with a 100ml capacity. Each jar has a clip-top lid with an airtight, vinegar-proof seal suitable for preserves, chutneys, pickles and strongly scented contents. Oven, fridge and dishwasher safe. 12 black labels and a white chalk pen are included for labelling contents. The hexagonal shape allows jars to sit neatly side by side in a cupboard or on a shelf without rolling or wasting space between them. Suitable for preserves, spices, sweets, chocolates and craft storage. 2-year warranty included.

Why You’ll Love It

• The Maison & White clip-top lids create an airtight, vinegar-proof seal that keeps preserves, chutneys and pickles fresh and contained without the lid absorbing strong scents or corroding when in contact with acidic contents such as vinegar-based recipes — Standard screw-top lids on glass jars use a metal or plastic surface that comes into direct contact with the jar contents, and metal lids corrode when vinegar or acidic liquids pool on the inside of the lid during storage, causing rust to form on the lid surface and transfer to the jar contents over time — the clip-top mechanism on these Maison & White jars uses a rubber gasket seal that sits between the glass lid and the jar body, creating an airtight barrier that keeps vinegar and acidic contents away from any metal components and maintains a reliable seal without the lid deteriorating from contact with the jar contents.
• The hexagonal shape of the Maison & White jars allows them to pack together on a shelf with no wasted space between jars, maximising the number of jars that fit within a given shelf width compared to round jars of the same diameter that leave a gap between each jar where their curved sides meet — Round glass jars of 5.5cm diameter leave a triangular void between each pair of adjacent jars when placed in a row, which means that for every three round jars placed in a row, the combined width occupied is wider than the same number of hexagonal jars of equivalent capacity — the flat sides of these hexagonal jars align directly against each other with no gap, allowing the full shelf width to be used for jar storage without unused space between each unit, fitting more jars into the same shelf length.
• The included 12 black labels and white chalk pen allow every jar in the set to be labelled immediately on receipt using contents that are already in the kitchen, without requiring separately purchased labels that may not match the hexagonal jar shape or adhere cleanly to the curved surface of a round jar — Buying glass jars without labelling supplies requires a separate purchase of adhesive labels or chalk markers, and generic adhesive labels are sized and shaped for round jars, which means they may overhang the flat panel of a hexagonal jar or peel at the corners where the label meets the jar’s angled edge — the 12 black labels in this set are sized and shaped for the flat panel of these jars, and the white chalk pen writes cleanly on the black label surface and can be wiped clean and rewritten when the jar contents change without requiring a new label.
