Understanding the Filtration Claim

The supplier quotes at least 99.97% particle-retention efficiency and gives a particle-size range of 0.1–0.003μm. Test conditions for that size range are not supplied here, so it should not be treated as an independently verified performance threshold. Filter efficiency is not the percentage of all pollution removed from a room, and particle filtration does not establish the same efficiency for gases or odours. Activated carbon may help reduce some odours but does not guarantee their complete removal.

Care & Safe Use

Follow the manual for initial setup, filter preparation, placement and required clearances. Wash only the pre-filter as directed and allow it to dry fully before refitting; do not wash the HEPA or activated-carbon elements unless the supplied instructions expressly permit it.

The TVOC indicator does not prove that air is safe to breathe.
