A Rustic Chest of Six Fabric Drawers in Rustic Brown and Black — Linen Fabric, Polyester, Steel and Particleboard, 80x29x85cm, 35kg Max Load, Six Drawers Each 36.5x28x20cm, Removable Foldable Drawers, Adjustable Feet, Top Display Shelf

Store and organise bedroom clothing in this six-drawer chest, 80cm wide, 29cm deep and 85cm tall, in a rustic brown and black industrial finish combining particleboard panels, a powder-coated steel frame and linen fabric and polyester drawer fronts and bodies. The chest includes six drawers all in the same size — each 36.5W x 28D x 20H cm — each fitted with a handle. All drawers are removable and foldable for flat storage or reconfiguration. The top surface (76W x 27.5D cm) provides a display shelf for lamps, frames, plants or accessories. The powder-coated steel frame supports a maximum load of 35kg overall, 15kg on the top surface and 3kg per individual drawer. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors. Bottom clearance from the floor is 10cm. Assembly required. Item Ref: 831-755V07RB.

Why You’ll Love It

Six identically sized drawers at 36.5x28x20cm each provide consistent, organised storage across a wider 80cm unit than a four-drawer chest — The chest’s six drawers, each measuring 36.5W x 28D x 20H cm, provide a total drawer storage volume of approximately 123,396cm³ across the six equal compartments — allowing clothing categories to be distributed one per drawer (for example: t-shirts, jumpers, jeans, socks/underwear, accessories, seasonal items) without any drawer being undersized for its contents, and the consistent drawer dimensions mean folded clothing stacks work to the same depth and height across all six drawers rather than requiring different folding sizes for different drawer depths.
Removable foldable drawers allow the chest to be flat-packed for moving or storage without tools — The chest’s linen fabric drawers pull out of the steel frame completely and fold flat without tools, allowing the unit to be broken down quickly for moving between rooms or properties, storing the chest during a room renovation or packing the drawers flat for transport in a car boot without requiring a full disassembly of the steel frame — useful in rented accommodation or student housing where furniture is moved regularly and the ability to pack and unpack a chest of drawers in minutes reduces the effort of each move.
80cm wide industrial rustic brown and black finish suits mixed interior styles and provides more top surface area than a narrower four-drawer unit — The chest’s 80cm width and 76W x 27.5D cm top surface provide significantly more display and storage area on the top of the unit than a narrower four-drawer chest at 50cm wide, allowing a lamp, small plant, photo frames and a decorative item to be arranged on the top surface simultaneously rather than being limited to one or two items — while the rustic brown wood-effect particleboard and black powder-coated steel frame complement industrial, rustic, farmhouse and modern minimalist bedroom interiors without being style-specific enough to clash with most existing furniture.
