The seat adjusts from 55cm to 63cm above the floor, so check that range against your desk and preferred sitting position before ordering. Care & Safe Use

Assemble according to the manual and use on a firm, level surface. Check that the recline setting is securely engaged before leaning back. Keep fingers, clothing, children and pets clear of the arm, recline and footrest mechanisms during adjustment.

Stay within the 120kg maximum load. Do not stand on the chair, sit on the arms or use the footrest as a separate seat or step. Return the chair upright and retract the footrest before getting up. Take regular movement breaks rather than remaining in one position for long periods.

Follow the upholstery care label, gently remove dust and blot spills promptly. Avoid soaking the padding or using harsh cleaners; removable or machine-washable covers are not confirmed. The supplier describes the upholstery as BS5852-tested/flame-retardant, but this does not mean the chair is fireproof. Keep it away from naked flames and other ignition sources. Check fasteners periodically.
