Understanding the Performance Figures

The supplier quotes at least 99.97% particle-retention efficiency and a 0.1–0.003μm particle-size range. These are filter-related supplier claims, not a statement that 99.97% of every pollutant will be removed from a room. The provided imagery includes a test-report extract, but the full report, its scope and the stated particle-size threshold have not been verified here. Particle filtration does not establish the same removal rate for gases or odours.

The original supplier copy also quotes a 17-minute time for a 24m² room, without giving the room height or target reduction. This is not a guaranteed time to make a room clean or safe. Activated carbon may help reduce some pet, cooking and smoke odours, but does not guarantee complete neutralisation. The dust-sensor indicator does not measure every pollutant or establish that indoor air is safe.

Care & Safe Use

Follow the supplied manual for filter preparation, placement and required clearances. Use on a firm, dry indoor surface with the grilles unobstructed, away from water and strong heat. Keep the cord out of reach of pets that may chew it. The child lock locks controls; it does not prevent the appliance being moved or tipped.

Unplug before cleaning or changing filters. Wash only the pre-filter as directed and allow it to dry fully before refitting. Do not wash the HEPA or activated-carbon elements unless the supplied manual expressly permits it. Replace filters according to their condition and instructions rather than relying only on the estimated lifespan.
