Clean Edges. Repaired Threads. No Sparks. In Seconds.

Rough pipe ends, burred bolt threads, sharp tube edges — the EZARC Tungsten Carbide External Deburring & Chamfer Tool cleans them up in moments. Three YG8 carbide blades deliver greater cutting efficiency and durability than standard HSS deburring tools, covering external diameters from 3mm to 19mm (1/8" to 3/4"). The 1/4" quick-change hex shank fits any electric screwdriver or power drill — just attach, set to the lowest speed (0–400 RPM), apply light pressure and the burr is gone. Works on threaded and non-threaded surfaces across steel, copper, aluminium and fibreglass. Also repairs damaged bolt threads and secures nuts without sparks or damage.
