EZARC: Nine Hole Sizes, One Step Drill Bit
Move from a small starter hole to the diameter your project needs without constantly swapping bits. The EZARC 4–20mm step drill combines nine clearly marked sizes with M35 cobalt high-speed steel and an AlTiN coating. Its triple spiral flutes and C-profile cutting edges are designed for smooth cutting, making it a practical addition to your kit for thin sheet metal, plastic and other suitable materials.
Why You'll Love It
- Fewer bit changes between sizes. Searching through separate drill bits slows a job down. Nine steps from 4 to 20mm let you enlarge a hole progressively using one EZARC bit.
- Built for demanding drilling tasks. Heat and wear can shorten a cutting tool's working life. M35 cobalt HSS and the AlTiN coating provide a wear-resistant combination for suitable metal-drilling applications.
- A cutting design focused on control. Rough cutting and wandering can spoil a neat finish. Triple spiral flutes, a 118° split-point tip and C-profile edges are designed to support positioning and smoother cutting, while the 1/4-inch hex shank fits compatible drill holders.

Use, Care & Safety
Wear eye protection and secure the workpiece before drilling. Fit the bit securely in a compatible drill and follow the tool and bit manufacturer's instructions. Use a suitable low drilling speed, controlled pressure and appropriate cutting lubricant for metal. Do not exceed 3mm metal sheet thickness or 1mm stainless steel thickness. Stop at the required step to avoid enlarging the hole further. Allow the bit to cool before handling and disconnect the tool before changing bits. Use appropriate dust control when working with wood or fibreglass.
