Take On the Autumn Clear-Up

Gather fallen leaves into manageable piles and reclaim your paths, lawn edges and outdoor spaces with this 63cc petrol backpack leaf blower. Its two-stroke engine delivers a supplied output of 2.7kW, while the backpack harness carries the main unit on your back and leaves the blowing tube ready to guide by hand. There is no mains lead to work around, making it a practical option for larger outdoor clear-up jobs.

Why You'll Love It

  • Airflow where you need it. The flat nozzle directs the air towards the area you are clearing. The supplier states an airflow of 0.3m³/s, with an adjustable blowing head to help you guide leaves towards a collection point.
  • Backpack support and accessible controls. Adjustable, breathable shoulder straps and a padded backrest help you tailor the fit. Handle-mounted throttle and stop controls keep operation close to hand, while the top carry handle helps when moving the switched-off machine into position.
  • Petrol-powered freedom. The 1.8L tank supplies the air-cooled engine without a trailing power cable or charging stop. Runtime depends on throttle use and operating conditions; fuel and suitable two-stroke oil are purchased separately.

From Scattered Leaves to a Clearer Garden

Work along a path in controlled passes, guiding loose leaves into a pile before collecting them for composting or disposal. The flexible connecting section lets you direct the tube as you move, and the backpack format keeps the engine separate from the hand-held nozzle. At a stated 8.95kg before any unspecified fuel allowance, this is a substantial machine: adjust the harness carefully and take breaks appropriate to the task.

Safe Use & Care

For outdoor use only. Petrol engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide: never operate in buildings, garages or enclosed spaces. Read the manual before assembly, fuelling and starting. Wear suitable eye and hearing protection, sturdy footwear and any further protective equipment specified by the manufacturer. Secure loose clothing and hair, and keep children, pets and bystanders clear of the working area.

Inspect the area first and do not direct airflow at people, animals, windows, loose gravel or other objects that could become projectiles. Avoid raising hazardous dust. Keep air inlets clear and stay away from the hot engine and exhaust. Lifestyle photographs do not replace the manual's protective-equipment instructions.

Stop the engine and allow it to cool before refuelling, cleaning or maintenance. Refuel outdoors away from flames, sparks and smoking materials; clear any spills before starting. Use the correct fuel mixture and follow the manual for storage and servicing. Take regular breaks and stop if you experience discomfort from noise, vibration or carrying the unit.
