Rim height is measured to the hoop, not the top of the backboard. This is a children's recreational stand rather than a full-size regulation-height basketball system.

Care & Safe Play

For children aged 3 years and over, with adult supervision. An adult should assemble the stand, adjust its height and fill the base according to the manual. Place on a firm, level surface with a clear play area away from traffic, obstacles and breakable items. Check the base filling, fittings and stability before each session.

For shooting practice only. Do not hang, climb or pull on the rim, net, backboard or pole, and do not use for dunking. The base filling capacity is ballast, not a user-weight rating. Use a ball suitable for the 29cm rim.

Adults should move the stand only when play has stopped, following the manual; a filled base is heavy. Keep children clear during repositioning. Do not use in strong winds. Dry after wet weather and store under cover when not in use to help preserve the finish. Check for loose fittings, corrosion or damage regularly and follow the manual's guidance for storage in freezing conditions.
