We wanted to be upfront with our customers — there is currently a short delay on some orders, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Over the past week and a half, we've been working hard behind the scenes to implement a new accounting system and update our banking infrastructure as part of the government's Making Tax Digital (MTD) changes currently being rolled out. It was a complex but necessary piece of work, and getting it done right was our priority.
We have finally got this sorted and are now back on track. We will be responding to all messages and working through orders as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we're here to help.
