This black and red pull-up bar adjusts from 96cm to 130cm to fit suitable doorways, giving you a practical place for controlled pull-ups and chin-ups at home. Cushioned EVA foam grips feel softer in your hands, while a built-in spirit level helps you check alignment during setup. Its no-screw design means no drilling is needed when fitted to a compatible, structurally sound frame according to the manual.

Why You'll Love It

A compact addition to your home gym. The telescopic bar adjusts to openings between 96cm and 130cm, so you can build a training space without a freestanding rack. Measure your doorway first: the supplier also requires a wall thickness greater than 10cm.

Useful details for careful setup. A central bubble level gives you a clear visual guide to horizontal alignment. Broad, textured end pads increase contact and friction against the mounting surfaces, while the adjustable ends let you set the bar to the required width.

Cushioned grip for controlled repetitions. EVA foam padding and a textured outer grip provide a more comfortable handhold for pull-ups and chin-ups. Use steady, controlled movements to focus on your upper-body routine rather than relying on momentum.

Designed for Suitable Door Frames

The stainless steel bar combines black grips with red adjustment collars and end pads for a straightforward home-training design. The supplier states a maximum load of 200kg, but the usable capacity also depends on the strength of the doorway and correct fitting. Soft anti-slip pads are intended to cushion the contact points; they do not guarantee mark-free use on every painted or finished surface. A level bar is only one part of a secure installation, so always complete the manual's tightening, securing and pre-use checks.

Specifications

Colour: Black and red
Materials: Stainless steel, ABS, PP and plastic
Grip padding: EVA foam
Overall dimensions: 96–130L × 7W × 13Hcm
Suitable doorway opening: 96–130cm wide
Supplier-required wall thickness: Greater than 10cm
Mounting: Adjustable no-screw fitting on suitable door frames
Alignment aid: Built-in spirit level
End pads: Broad textured anti-slip plastic pads
Maximum load: Supplier-stated 200kg, subject to suitable supporting structure and correct installation
Supplier-listed standard: EN20957; supporting certification documentation has not been provided with this listing
Item Ref: A91-372V00RD

In The Box

1 × adjustable pull-up bar

1 × manual

Exercise straps, weights and other accessories shown in demonstration images are not included.
